Puppet Pelts is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or misdirected shipments.

Shipping costs are calculated and charged when you complete your transaction. There are several options for shipments provided during checkout, including Ground, Priority, Express. Please note that these charges are estimated costs only and customers may be subjected to additional shipping charges if the amount paid does not cover the cost of shipping. Shipping charges vary depending on the weight and size of the package and where the order is being shipped to.

We ship to most countries in the world. International shipments are subject to import and/or custom fees, based on the value of the shipment, which are collected and varied by country and are unable to be calculated before an order is placed. Customs duty or tax imposed by your country is the sole responsibility of the customer.
