We get asked all the time to sell feathers for puppets. Feathers appear on many famous characters from a lot of huge companies. But, feathers are often sourced unethically and we cannot the support of harm of animals for any craft or art form.
We have not found sustainable source for feathers from farms where the feathers are naturally shed and collected. If you know of a place, we would be happy to contact them to talk about a possible collaboration.
In the meantime, we appreciate the thought and care put into your puppets and hope you too will see that using feathers that are unethically sourced are not worth the life of a bird for hair and accessories on your character.
